Our New Greenfield plant at Pune, India spread over 90000 sq ft Land with 45000 sq ft Building and State of the Art Plant is committed to serve our esteemed customers.

Solders : These products are manufactured on a ‘Collins’ German plant, which is an automatic extrusion and wire drawing plant where tons of solder wire are extruded without break.

Zinc wire : First and only Zinc Wire manufacturer in Asia to have ‘CONTINUUS PROPERZI’ i.e. a Continuous Casting and Rolling Line. Our zinc wire manufacturing plant is equipped with 1200 MT/ Month Production Capacity to cater requirement of our Customers.

Aluminium Wires : Sophisticated plant to manufacture Aluminium wires to give highest standard of surface defect free wires.

Quality Control : We have a stringent Quality Control plan firmly in place, which is monitored by technical team of engineers, who are assisted by other well-trained, qualified staff. In house modern laboratory equipped to verify chemical, mechanical and physical characteristic of product is on added advantage.

Logistics : In House well equipped material handling facilities along with AEO and Star Export house status.

Environment : Kothari Metsol Pvt. Ltd. is committed to protect and conserve environment through its various initiatives which includes: Water recycling plant, recycling of plastic packaging and paper drums which saves thousands of tress every year, also use of Solar energy earns lot of carbon credits to us.
